Thin slices of yellowfin tuna are served with sesame oil, yuzu dressing and trout rum

GYU TARTARE

Raw steak on Swedish inner thigh, soy-pickled egg yolk, Karl-Johanmajo, served with roasted panko / onion on a shrimp chip

KAMO TERIYAKI  

Cherry-smoked duck breast is served with teriyaki sauce, lingonberries and duck croquette

NISHIN TEMPURA

Tempura-fried herring is served with Japanese remoulade sauce

HOTATE NO MISO

Poached scallop in green tea served with fried pork side, edamame beans in miso broth.  

MATCHA SOUFFLE CHEESECAKE

Japanese souffle cheesecake with matcha powder and hot cherries
